Our products are built to meet or exceed Best Western specifications. All items are warrantied against any material or workmanship defects.
Artwork is designed and produced by Design Décor Art Group, a Best Western Endorsed Supplier.
Here are the basic Art Guidelines – by Brand:
BEST WESTERN
REQUIREMENTS: Hotels are free to select art from our galleries, provided the images coordinate with room décor and if photography, the image subject is relevant to the hotel location. Best Western Design Approval is required.
- Guest Room Art: Best Western (Core Brand) Hotels are required to have at least 2 pieces of art in each guest room that equal at least 1,440 square inches.
For Example: 2 pieces of art, each 30”W x 24”H = 1,440 Sq. Inches. 1 piece of art that is 30”W x 30”H and 1 piece of art that is 24”W x 30”H = 1,620 Sq. Inches. Both meet or exceed the requirement. See Size Guide for more suggestions. - Bathroom Art is not required, but it is encouraged.
- Public Space Art (including corridors, food service areas, lobby, fitness rooms, etc.) should be sized according to the available wall space.
All Art Product Types offered on this site are approved for use in Best Western Hotels.
APPROVAL PROCESS: Best Western Design Approval is required. Once payment is completed for your order, we will submit images to Best Western Design for Approval. Upon Design Approval or Feedback, we will communicate the approval or needed changes.
If any images are rejected, one of our Designers will step in and make alternate image recommendations based on brand feedback and submit to you for final approval. This will be provided at no charge.
The process generally takes 7 – 10 business days to complete. Once approved – your order will be moved to production and shipped in 4 weeks or less.
BEST WESTERN PLUS

SURESTAY
REQUIREMENTS: Hotels are encouraged to include artwork in guest rooms in order to create an inviting space for your guests, but artwork is not required. Hotels can use any of the products or images we offer on this site and design approval is not required. Our design team is available to assist as needed, when making image and art selections.
APPROVAL PROCESS: Best Western Design Approval is not required.
BEST WESTERN PREMIER
REQUIREMENTS: Hotels are required to utilize Best Western Design Services, an Interior Designer, or our Art Design Services to create an art package that fully supports the interior design. Art can be ordered directly from us with custom images and pricing provided.

REQUIREMENTS: All other BWH Hotel Brands are required to utilize Prototype Designs or Design Services to select artwork.
