Shipping Information
All art orders are custom built to your specifications and we work to ship orders in 4 weeks or less from the order date. If any delay is expected due to supply issues. We will contact you via email with an anticipated ship date.
All items are professionally packaged and shipped via UPS Ground (for smaller orders) or via Common Carrier for larger orders. Generally, orders of 10 or more art pieces will arrive via Common Carrier (with lift gate) and may be packaged on a pallet. Shipping method is selected based on best value to the customer.
In case of shipping damage...
We take every precaution to ensure your custom artwork arrives in perfect condition but, in the unlikely event that there is visible damage to the packaging due to carrier negligence, we recommend the following:
- If visible damage to the outer packaging is minor – have the carrier note the damage and take pictures. After inspecting the contents – if any art is damaged – contact us within 72 Business Hours of package receipt at: mary@designdecorart.com - and report the damage along with order # and available pictures of the packaging and damage. We will replace damaged art at no cost and ship replacements as quickly as possible.
- If visible damage is significant to the point you feel any or all the contents are damage – we recommend you refuse the order. After taking pictures of the outer packaging - contact us at: mary@designdecorart.com and report the damage along with order # and available pictures of the packaging and damage.
